About Me
Simply Balanced Life was created as a calm and supportive space for people who feel overwhelmed, emotionally tired, or unsure of their next step.
My work is grounded in many years of professional experience within psychiatric care, social work, support, communication, coordination, and human-centered guidance.
This is not about quick fixes or perfect routines. It is about gentle, practical support that meets you where you are.
About me
My professional background began in psychiatric care, where I trained and worked as an assistant nurse. That experience gave me a deep understanding of people, emotional pressure, vulnerability, stress, and the importance of being met with calm, respect, and dignity.
I later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with a focus on organization and leadership. This gave me a broader understanding of people, systems, relationships, social structures, communication, and how life and work can affect our well-being.
Over the years, I have also worked in social work and municipal support roles, supporting people through complex life situations, difficult decisions, emotional strain, transitions, and practical challenges.
I have training in coaching, as well as advanced-level Motivational Interviewing, which shapes the way I work: with respect, curiosity, structure, compassion, and a belief that people often carry more inner wisdom than they realize.
My approach
My approach is warm, calm, practical, and grounded.
I do not believe in pushing people harder when they are already exhausted. I believe in helping people slow down, sort through what feels heavy, and find one manageable next step.
In a session, we may explore what is draining your energy, what needs clearer boundaries, what feels emotionally heavy, or what small changes could help you feel more steady and supported in everyday life.
You do not need to have everything figured out before booking a session.
