“Simply Balanced Life offers practical, personal support for routines, motivation, self-care, difficult decisions, life changes, and everyday pressure.”
About Me
Simply Balanced Life grew from more than four decades of working with people through everyday challenges, change, responsibility, and complex life situations.
I offer practical 1:1 support for people who want a private place to talk things through, sort out what matters, and decide on realistic next steps.
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We start with what is happening in your life now and take it from there — in English or Swedish.
My background
My professional background began in psychiatric care, where I trained and worked as an assistant nurse. That experience gave me an early understanding of emotional pressure, vulnerability, stress, and the importance of meeting people with respect.
I later earned a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology, with a focus on organization and leadership. Over the years, I have also worked in social work and municipal support roles, supporting people through complex life situations, difficult decisions, change, and practical challenges.
I have advanced-level training in Motivational Interviewing, which strongly influences how I work today — with careful listening, respect for personal choice, and realistic next steps.
Altogether, I bring more than four decades of experience working with and supporting people in different stages of life.
My approach
My approach is practical, respectful, and grounded.
I do not believe in pushing people harder when they already feel exhausted or under pressure. Instead, we slow things down enough to look at what is actually happening, what feels difficult, and what may help next.
In a support session, we may look at routines, boundaries, motivation, decisions, responsibilities, or situations that feel difficult to manage alone.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is to help you find a realistic next step that fits your life.
What I can support you with
Simply Balanced Life offers practical 1:1 support for everyday situations that feel difficult to sort through alone.
This may be for you if you want support with:
routines and everyday structure
motivation and accountability
self-care and personal boundaries
difficult decisions
life changes and transitions
work-life balance
stress and everyday pressure
getting unstuck and deciding what to do next
You do not need to know exactly what kind of support you need before you book. We can start with what is happening right now and work from there.
Important note
Simply Balanced Life provides practical support and coaching. It is not therapy, medical care, psychiatric care, crisis support, or a substitute for professional healthcare.
